Not sure if this is 100% true, but I think you can always get a hit on the turret's front armor. I killed a TigerII with a Panther from 2000 meters with 5 shots to the turret.

I find I can one shot kill the King Tiger II from the side at 500 yards in a Panzer from the side easier than the Tiger I. What is with the early war penal gun on the King Tiger and the Panther. In the later part of the war the Germans put 360% MG mounts on most armor because of Allied air power.

I have even seen twine mounted MG's. I just didn't see in in a book . I have climbed all over German tanks at the Patten museum at Ft. Knox KY and at Aberdeen. This mount that is on both the Panther the new Tiger II and now our old Tiger I rotated and was not limited to what it is in the game.

400yrds 0 degree deflection right into the drivers side with a panzer IV. One shot killed it.  I did the exact same thing later. You gotta flank em.

That evokes an odd image...   :bolt:

Last night managed to kill a King Tiger from the front, 600 yards in the turret, HVAP from a T34/85. Second kill was at 1700 yards with an AP round from the rear.

Did manage a nice 3800 yard kill on a King Tiger with a KT or as a certain person  says "Camping a hanger". I'm sure Mk84 will laugh at this since his panzer was was half way up a hill and said person was climbing the hill at 8mph chasing after him.
