Funny things that happen ingame

One of the funnier things I've seen happen in the game occurred tonight. I was in the LW arena and upper a N1K to defend a base under attack from a cv. I climbed to about 5K and leveled out. When I got to the furball there was an enemy 262 diving in and out of it. So of course he's my first Target cause I like shooting down 262's. Once he realizes I'm fixed on him he turned and flew head on towards me starting at about 4K separation. He keeps on coming until I realize he's about to HO my N1K with his 262. So I put my sights on him and start firing at 1K. He pk's me with a tater but not before I de-winged his 262. But the best part was his whines on 200 complaining about the HO.    who HO's with a 262 and expects the other person not to fire. Especially when they're in a N1K Lmao!

Anyone else care to share funny stories??

i was flying against a p38, a well skilled member i should say (according to him), we went face to face, I turn to avoid the ho, he took the shot and called it a front 1/4 shot.  what can i say, except I killed him by ho'd several times after that and heard the whining about me having no skill.

but the funniest story I have is a guy killed my spit 9 two times in a row with his c47 by ramming me  .  but revenge was mine, I killed him with my 3rd spit  .  I still remember every time I think i have an easy kill.

I once stopped a 30 player mission with my .45 by hiding in the maproom and ambushing troops as th ey came in. They I ran out and hid before they started strafing. Great film. Laughed my butt off. Held them off long enough for our VH to pop and save the field.

killing a 262 who was BnZing my poor P-39D

I had a good fight with someone and neither of us found a reason to complain about anything.
It was so wierd.

Last tour, I crept up and hid beside a building at a large enemy airfield.

A huge mission of lancasters suddenly spawned right in front of me and I put a single bullet into the cockpit of as many as I could.

Since I always ride the chute down, I find myself at enemy fields shooting planes taking off pretty often.

I've gotten close enough to drop troops from a c47 while attempting to do that but someone always ends up shooting a few of them.

Kudos to the man for pulling it off.

Back when I was new to the game, RedDevil and I were up in B-17s doing some bombing.  We were in pretty close formation with my bombers below his.

Right after he said he was going to drop his planes exploded and he started cussing up a storm.  After reviewing the film it turned out that his bombs hit my aircraft which caused his to be destroyed.
