Highest Bomber Damage

Who's up for a challenge?  Who's going to have the highest bomber damage with one formation sortie?  Need to have a screenshot of the results in the text buffer.

A lot of players can do, because it's actually a quite low damage for a Lanc run if your intention was to get a good one.  





 


But then, getting near "optimum" landed damage isn't exactly one of the difficult things to do in game: Takeoff. Wait. Click. Wait. Click. Wait. Click. (...) Landing.

Hey Lusche was that 50k sortie without re-arming? Is that the optimal '1-click-per-town' ammount?

I think the best I had so far was 32k in b17s. I've been bombing alot this tour.

Sorry, no screenshots so this does not count but my best is a little higher than 59,000 in a KI67, but of course that was many rearm/refuels and it's my guess that is not what you are saying.

I do remember it was fun to do this.

I normally bomb w/ b-24s.  I've gotten to just over 45,000 w/ one formation and 8x 1000lbs.  I'm sure w/ a set of B29's, that could be blown away.

I think it was LLogann who got something like 200,000 on a sortie, but I believe he's on a vacation from the boards at the moment.

Yes, it was without rearming,1-click-per-town, but still not the absolute "perfect" run, which should yield a few hundred or maybe even 2-3k more. 12x500lbs.

I had around 90k in 29s the first toolshed run I ever made in them.  2 500lbers per town and i hit about 10 bases.  SHould have been higher damage but I was dropping on radar and other objects on bases when I was lined up.

I upped a b29 first week they were out.  I crashed about 6 or 7 first attempting to take off.  I dropped 1 egg on at least 20 towns, i ended up getting bored and dropped 1/2 my ords on a radar, which i missed from 30k up.  anyway i landed something like 1,200 points (that's right 1,200 points) for my 3 hour effort. havent upped a b29 since then.  I heard they fixed the calibration now  .
