My personal favorite  from the American version was Robin Williams and Ryan Styles dueling Carol Channing impressions. And Ryan WINNING!

Although I gotta say that overall the British version was a lot funnier because a) they had more freedom over what they could get away with (stupid FCC) and b) the show format itself was less structured.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.
