Note that I've changed it to "Three Days Over Germany '43", three frames will be enough.

For German flyers, we have the basic setup. We will run a practice mission Saturday night at 6 PM Central, then Frame 1 Sunday at 6 PM Eastern. We will meet in the custom arena assigned to two different fields.

We have darbar with a delay though no dot radar. This means we can see what sector they are in but have to scout them out. The Allied buffs cannot go over 24k, so we should have alt. No limits on their fighter alt. This is a one-life event so no John Wayne crap. It's about flying smart and patient.
I'll be at the meeting saturday morning but I cant gaurantee the practice at night.

My error with time.

Okay Rich52, you've got the last slot.

Unfortunatley, we are full.  But if you're around it'd be great if you stop by as we're likely to have a no-show or two. I'm running the campaign, Kten is leading the B-17 group.

It's being run in the Custom Arenas, which you can get to here:

SCORING
Basically you lose points for lost aircraft and crew, and gain points for shooting down aircraft and hitting ground targets.
This is the current weighting of points. So for example if an Axis Fighter shoots down a bomber it's worth 5 pts for the Axis, plus -18 pts for the Allies. Now if bomber is shot up but makes it back to England only to crash land or bail out, it's only -3 points for the Allies as the crew survived. Note that the crew lives are worth more than aircraft.
How does this work for the Luftwaffe? Should a Luft pilot bail imediatly from a crippled plane to deny the Allies points?

If it's crippled in that you can't land it, then yeah bail out. Because if your pilot dies that's more "negative" points for your side. Also, it will count against you in your personal stats if your pilot dies.

If it's crippled in that it's combat ineffective, then land it because that will save the aircraft and reduce "negative" points for your side.
