Singapore -- cool. What is Singapore like compared to the US to live there? What are some of the biggest differences? (Off topic, I know.)
its def a place to make money ($1 USD gets you at least 1.2 SGD)... easier to get jobs if ya Caucasian it seems...low inflation gets you a meal for $3.50 and $1.10 for a can of drink with a cup of ice.. of cos we have eating places that costs well over a hundred... fine dining and all...its almost like dubai, its also the becoming the financial hub for south east asian markets.. our media is govt. controlled and we are not a democracy...we are a republic... we have no freedom of speech... our govt keeps Singapore safe and secure.. very very very low crime rate.
its a very strict place... drug consumption if caught lands you in jail for 1 year. death penalty and canning applies here... its a small city, beautiful EDUCATED(degree holders) Asian girls who would love to marry an Caucasian guy..the red light district min price is $50... singapore is friggin clean and you would get a fine if you litter... and if you are a habitual litterer... you have to sweep the streets...houses are ridiculously high due to land scarcity.... cars are friggin exp which you can only own it for 10 years.....
public transportation is super cheap and every where you go has air conditioning if not you'll melt.. did i mention its 32deg Celsius today? living here is exp if you do not have a job.. we do not have the dole.we used to be part of the british colony East india company and the brits left us to fend for ourselves against the japanese onslaught during ww2 even tho the brits outnumbered them...... i think that kinda sums up singapore

this is really off topic
