The 30 American service members who died.

Just found out that two of them are from the same town of where my wife (born and raised) and I lived - Hays, Kansas. The news has hit the town and many are sadden by the lost. :salute

 :salute to my warrior brothers.  May they be in peace forevermore.   Most in this country have no idea what was lost on that Chinook.

One of them, Bryan Nichols, was the pilot of the Chinook helicopter.  The other, David Carter, not sure what he was.

According to news, none on board were the ones who were in Osama raid. Only same unit ST6.
It sucks, so many. But as anyone who ever served knows. The most important
thing is, they died doing what they loved, and with their brothers. :salute
