Anyone out here heard of the Bismarck?
Thought so.

Anyways...
I was reading about it earlier this week, and I noticed something about how the torpedo bombers flew. They flew
less than 10 ft above the waves...
I then caught myself wondering "Why? In AH, its a minimum alt. of 25 ft, I think? So I read on:
...so that the bombers could avoid some of the anti-aircraft fire from the Bismarck...
WHAT?!?!
Anyways... because the bombers were so low, the guns (or some of them, anyways) couldn't aim that far down, because their mounts wouldn't let them. However, in AH, I've noticed (by turning ack to 0.05) I can literally sit on the water in my wingless B-29 (HUGE target) and still be shot at by each and every gun available.
Thoughts? Concerns on the accuracy of my book?
Thanks!
