Philedlphia enforces new curfew

With a ration of "Flash" mob attacks Philadelphia has enacted a new 9 pm curfew for minors.

That is so comical, it hurts. I can see someone telling their employer their scheduled times to aren't going to work, because they have less than one minute to get there. It is working because combined with the increased police presence, no more 'flash mobs' have appeared.

Regardless, this belongs in the O'Club.

And lol@ the fact that u couldn't resist backseat moderating. I read the whole thing and was like, "damn, del didnt BSM" then I was like, "damn, he did".

Milwaukee has had it as well.. 200+ kids ripped through the state fair, last week. assulting anyone around them.

All this time I've been stockpiling ammunition to fend off a zombie attack when I should have been preparing to fend off a flash mob.  Oh well, never too late to start preparing...
