how did you hold the plexi glass in? also, those two fans on the side blowin air onto the HDDs, the one fan out front does good enough to keep your HDD's cool?

I used a heavy duty clear epoxy on it and the single fan from the front keeps the HDs cool and running great. OK so you know here is my new fan configuration....

1 Fan Front panel blowing in to HD's

2 Fans blowing air out on top for the radiator..

1 Fan blowing air out the back

1 200 MM fan blowing across the video cards to help keep them cool.

1 Fan at end of video cards helping draw air through them to  keep them cool.

Core temps are around 37* Celsius
HD Temps 35* Celsius
Vid Card temps 40* Celsius idle 50-54* Celsius under full load

I don't think that is bad ... but I will soon be getting a couple of these and making it better... but I have to wait for price to drop alot
