Tigger...

I could go into a long deal about somethings dealing with this but really I don't feel it's my place just to off up everything. If you get my drift...

Main thing is the positive approach to everything....no matter how bad it seems you have to remain up beat and as positve as you can be to keep him up. It's frikin tough. I mean HARD to do that when you see things that you will. But you have to....

Man I know where your at...where your going and the road can be 2 fold. Don't take anything for granted...not one minute you have with him. You'll feel so bad and so helpless...you'll feel down and can easily get into the "Why us" or "Why Him" or "Why me" mode. Don't...ask all that of yourself after the treatments and everything else....if you ever let the negative take root...it makes the journey so so much harder.

You can PM me anytime...if you feel like it. I don't claim to have answers....and my advice is based on 16 months of my Mom living with my wife and I and dealing with her cancer until she died holding my hand. I took her to treatments and doctors every week several times a week for months and months...I carried her in my arms...helped her do things that she couldn't do an her own....spent the most precious time in my life with her the last 16 months...from laughing to crying...having coffee with her everyday...watching birds on the front porch everyday until she couldnt any more.

It's all about him Bro...I wish you the very very best of luck and wishes I can possibly wish for you....It's a journey Bro...make it the best one for both of you that you can.

Wishes and prayers for pops

I am a cancer survivor twice now...

Hodgkins Lymphoma 2A 1984-1986 (Multiple operations, Chemo, Radiation etc)

Melanoma 2004-2005 (Multiple operations, Radiation, Topical Chemo)

It can be beat...and the spirit of individual is a major portion of success. When your not ready to die...survival rates astronomically increase.

Never give in...never give up
