Downloaded it the other day....  I've only played it for about 4+ hours.  Oh boy, it's fun! :x  And I have not left the starter tank yet. :joystick:  I just brought it to elite and really have just been messing around.  Here is a fun little tid bit, I did not upgrade the tank in any way till I finally got my 1st kill.  It also means that I was spending more than a few battles burning on a field or next to a bush. :lol  Now I run my MS-1 around with the 45mm.  At the moment though, I'm kind of wondering what route I should take. :headscratch:  SPG's look like a bit of fun, but TD's are also a juicy route to follow...

I've been in there myself, play as 3rdNY_Cpl. Its gamey and goofy, but there just isn't anything better right now for tank gaming. The damage and gunnery is a joke, but it looks pretty and it is a great way to kill a few hours on a night off or unwind for a bit after work.

My main gripe is a ll the drawing-board übertanks that have already been included or confirmed as future additions. I miss the AH rule of 'if it didn't get mass produced and see combat, it doesn't get added'. That and having to face Korean War era US and Soviet stuff in a 1943 German Panzer. :/

Oh, WoT could no way in hell get me to cancel my sub here.  Pffft   Eff that.  The only real thing WoT has going are, 1) LOT more vehicles; 2) Eye candy; 3) VERY quick to get into fights.  WoT is a change of pace, really.  Don't wish to do the sim 24/7.  Gotta get an arcade fix in there now and again. :D

stick wit that MS-1 and get as much free XP as you can as it will come in handy later on in the higher tier tanks such as the T34 and KV's. the MS-1 with the 45mm is AMAZING. ive knocked the metal off of loltracktors from 200m away in one shot. but dont take the  SPG line unless you like waiting and watching then after your idiots go suicide scout you finally kill something. other than that, id take the heavy tank line over the TD's as you dont die as much in them :lol

For you new guys: Don't forget that once you die, you can hit escape and leave that battle and hop in one of your other tanks.

WOT will never float your boat if AH isn't...

If your a pilot, this game is a total waste of time

If your an AH ground junkie then maybe it has something to offer

If your a bomber pilot..it is a huge waste

Played it for 6 weeks and got to the Panzer IV...

Deleted my account and have never looked back

There is nothing here/there unless your a Counterstrike fan and like driving iron instead of bunny hopping with the AWP

< been playing for a week on EU servers as having a break from AH. Not going to spend any money on it, it is fun sometimes, but the match ups don't work that well, its annoying getting hit by arty from other side of map and on the random servers there's little coordination or strategy. I'm sure I'll get bored soon.
