Does it really matter?  If you want to go play some tank-based rock, paper, scissors, for up for 15 minutes at a time, play WoT.
perhaps.  I have found that I enjoy WoT so much more in so many respects that my time between the two games is running about 98% to 2%.  The more I find myself enjoying WoT the more I find myself saying "Gee, I sure wish AH would look at doing things more along these lines.....sort of like they have already done with the basic functioning of the GVs but in a more more comprehensive way.  but hey, thats just me.  And based on my time in AH over the past few years I would say Im not the only one who feels this way.

Just look at some of the videos on youtube.

The good ol' saying: "Don't judge a book by it's cover.", comes into play. You have to remember that you're not sniping some poor guy who is trying to spawn at 1.5K out.

HTC got some of their GV ideas from WoT.
Yeah, I noticed the A,S,W,D controls. I have to say it felt nice to hit terrain objects, and watch them flip over and not me. I just joined last night, so I'm playing in my hoopties.

Totally arcade but fun and addictive. Very repetitive play and I'm not diggin the gold/ pay me money thing. Ingame- Crazyivan same as here. No clue about tank companies/clans but would be cool to join other Aces Highers.

Crazy that game becomes even more fun when you start platooning up. The last few nights Stoney, BadKarama, and myself have been grouping up and owning the enemy. It's a lot of fun and can be very rewarding. Look up Bodhi or PM him here, we can get you in.

Unless the Tier 1 is platooned with someone that is a tier 5 or higher you will never see a T1 in a random battle with T6's. The highest tank a T1 will ever face might be a T3 but that's rare.

T18? i doubt any bug would put you with those kinds of tanks. until you get to the T40 your not getting into anything higher than tier 5.

I can tell you right now that a Tier 1 will NOT - for ANY reason (other than platooning) - EVER, EVER be put in a battle OVER Tier 2.

Tier 1 & 2 are strictly that. They do not get the normal match making that other tanks do.
------

As for the match making, you guys have to realize that our numbers don't match the EU server at all. MM coding is built to have enough people to fill in those spots without snatching a tier 4 into a tier 8 battle.

Does it get frustrating? When you're first starting off: Yes.
In the end, it just makes you a better "Tanker".
Like, ya know, when that thing that makes you move, it has pistons and things, When your thingamajigy is providing power, you do not hear other peoples thingamajig when they are providing power.

Glad they finally fixed that.

I actually downloaded it :rofl

all the tanks disappeared when I spawned into the battle :headscratch:

Im guessing my older duel quad 2.9 GHZ ...and 4830 1 gig card....4 gigs of ram.....is just not good enough for the eye candy.  :frown:

Ink,

EDO, Element18 (my Son), and I had the same issue as you.  Log out of the game and restart.  We never had that issue again.   Don't know why but it is strange to see the markers but no tanks.
