You can change your numbers as long as registration is open. Usually up to the Friday 1 week before the first frame. Once it closes and during the event you can't up your numbers.
If, and I stress if, side assignments have not come out yet you could fire a note to Squire and the Admin CM asking if you can change your numbers. They might say yes and they might say no. Depends on whether they have finished doing side assignment or not yet. So the sooner it is after the close of registration the better chance you have.
