I am pretty sure you gonna need a cpu to put under your cpu cooler :).  how much you want to spend?

175  dual core 3.2 i5-660  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115220
209  quad core 2.8 i5-760 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115067
 70  wd 750 black http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136283
170 evga 460 1gig  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130570

I know you already have that mobo but it really limits your choices.  ps is also on the low side :).

I hear ya, but that mobo is basically designed for low budget systems as it doesnt overclock, not really designed for sli either. i think you would do better with air cooling and it will also keep costs down and it wont tax that ps so much.  the mobo only has 2 pcie ports and they're x8, if I can read the specs right.  most video cards are for x16.  not sure how this will affect it but I hope somebody can educate both of us.    :D.

actually, the specs show that if both pci-e slots are populated they will only run at x8...if only one slot is populated it will run at x16.

oh and "Supports 2-Way SLI"...that's down near the bottom of the spec page

Rosewill?   Not a fan of the Newegg "In-House" brand at all, let alone supposedly 100 Amps over 4 rails.    Seems to be too much for the price, get this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171049

FYI, That motherboard is DDR3 and you listed DDR2........

cc thanks for the x16 info gyrene.

it does say that you can sli but if you look at the set up it will block both pci1 ports plus the connections to the front speakers, etc.  in addiction to some sata connections.  got all of that from the reviews.

this is just me but, those micro atx mobos are not suited for high end double slot graphics cards. great for starter systems or every day use but not for gaming rigs.

That particular mb can handle dual cards... what i was thinking was going with water cooling of the cards to alleviate teh brick effect of the cards.

The DDR2 memory shouldn't work or fit on the DDR3 motherboard.

Well I looked and the memory and MB are both DDR3 so there is no problem there.

I posted this two days ago and the memory link you posted THEN, was DDR2.    So yes, you have an issue on that.

EDIT: just checked and the link you have in the op, is still DDR2.
