I will say this ....his continued messing with the FM eventually got the FM changed.......for every one.

The flight modeling in AW was primitive compared to AH and IIRC the spindweeb was flying in RR and exploiting the limitations of the FM. Doing a vertical snap roll may not be your best move in AH but I don't see how it's gamey. The OP was about a similar but real event in WW2.
