I didn’t have a clue that there is actually a Bf-109 simulator! Found this video searching in tube for the Bf-109. Most impressive in the video description is that there also a P-51 sim. The company that manages the whole sim system called EVS and is situated near Berlin. Check this out.

They are nice replica cockpits. They use normal sims that will export instruments like MSFS.

I really want to build one but AH just does not support all the gauges and other parts.
