Mesquite Grilled New Zealand rack of lamb with a cracked pepper, garlic & herb crust...served with fresh mint sweet and sour sauce on the side

Sliced Rustic Ciabatta to sop up the juices...

Napa Valley Freemark Abbey 2008  Merlot... to wash it all down

Small spoonfuls of peanut butter, make it so you only have to eat one or two meals a day, and a jar lasts a month.

We had Top Sirloin marinated in worcestershire and teriyaki, baked potato, corn on the cob, and green beans. All grilled on the pit.

The original plan was for some nice thick steaks, wrapped in bacon seasoned with a little salt, pepper and garlic; then slow smoked on the pit.  Then got a call from the brother in law from the county lockup; arrested for shoplifting and wanted to know if I would come get his keys from the jail and retrieve his motorcycle from the parking lot of Fry's so it wouldn't get stolen.  When I visited him for the keys I asked if he understood the irony behind being arrested for stealing and asking me to get his bike so it wouldn't be stolen; all I got was a blank stare.  Anyway, dinner was from the Wendy's drive through.  :(
The real problem is anyone should feel like they can come to this forum and make a wish without being treated in a derogatory manner.  The only discussion should be centered around whether it would work, or how it would work and so on always in a respectful manner.
