I remember a while back someone else posted some of these same pics and torrent info, only that person was hounded by the folks on the BBS. Amazingly that isn't happening again.

Why were they hounded Todd? As my post only usually get #rule14 or the grammar Nazis sometimes for good reason.

The torrent is easy to find (2000 world war pictures in BT or others will find it)

Most of the pics i added had no info but a heap do have the info of when it was taken and what it is.

Why do they attack half the people on here like they do??? I have no idea.

The main thing was the fact that torrents were mentioned as it is file sharing and considered illegal sometimes.

I myself have had this particular torrent for sometime now, I just havn't shared any of the pics because of the way they treated the last person.

Todd,

I can only attribute a statement as ridiculous as "torrents are evil - they are all used for piracy" to that of a college educated idiot that can't think for themselves. A 6 year old that has been around for awhile knows that it is a dual use technology.

Most games we download are swarmed (i.e. DCS Black Shark, etc) rather then FTP or HTTP. Its a fail over robustness of the technology that you just cannot ignore when needing to distribute large amounts of data.

Agreed, definitely ridiculous, but on the part of the accusers.  Likely reportable on this forums too for a couple rule violations (off-topic trolling/flaming and borderline #14 if they drag legislation/law into the discussion).  Paramount to one saying we should ban computers from all workplaces because they can be used for p0rn.

Fantastic photos btw, thanks for sharing!
