4-ton luxury cars from ~75-feet. - Now we're talking about driving in LA.

Directly above Wilshire Boulevard ladies and gentlemen.
So my mom calls me after I get into my own office today and asks/persuades me to swing by her office with my camera. She's only 2-3 large city blocks away on Wilshire Blvd., 2/3 of her office occupys the entire ground floor underneath a large parking structure that services the large tower next door (not pictured - used to be the Saban building, and the 1/3 of the office is on the ground floor of that tower). And as if there was any doubt for us guys - driver, confirmed - female.
"I talked to a guy who was parking his car next to her at the same time. He stopped, she didn’t. She said her brakes failed her.". I responded to my mother "it looks like her brakes work pretty damn good... once she finally found the right pedal.".
I don't know what's scarier - that they let this person pass driving school in the first place, or that they're going to be back on the road tomorrow?
