More control over ammo load

I would defy any player to fly a plane and be able to tell without looking at the ammo counters or e6b whether the guns are loaded or not, with the possible exception of the extreme cannon birds like the 110G2 or the P47 max loadout.

However, I would love to be able to tell the crew chief to remove those ghastly 12.7mm's in the nose of my K4 as they're just dead weight.

Good news.  I had him remove them and put in 13mm guns instead.
