You mean at night you can't see the clipboard?

Yep. Be VERY careful about changing the light. Play with sky/fog/clouds all you want to create night, but be gentle with the light. A little change in light goes a long way.

These are my light settings:

Light   Day   245   245   241
   Dusk   242   192   179
   Night   94   94   120
My Current Rig:
GigaByte GA-X99-UD4 Mobo w/ 16Gb RAM
Intel i7 5820k, Win7 64-bit
NVidia GTX 970 4Gb ACX 2.0
Track IR, CH Fighterstick, CH Pro Throttle, CH Pro Pedals

you changed the color of the light, when its black, there is no light. sooo...you just created something stupid on your own.

if you want it to be night time type in ".time 00:00" after that start playing with the colors of the fog/clouds to put it at your preffered settings.

so, because you messed up not knowing what you were messing with, it's stupid? did you happen to try the settings offline before cranking up a custom arena and mucking it up to the point you couldn't figure out how to undo it? much easier to undo mistakes in offline mode.

like i said in the ta, neither htc nor anyone else at fault for your lack of knowledge.

Offline, you can have the time whatever you want (through all 24 hours). Online, once it reaches "dusk" it rolls right to "dawn". If you want real "night" online, set the time to 05:30 and the multiplier to 0 to freeze time.

I haven't set my light to black, and don't feel like trying...but if you go into the chconfig folder in your AH2 install, delete all your custom arena table files in the terrain folder you've been working in. That should set everything back to default...I think.

:headscratch:
How'd you do that? I've never had it change more than the single item I had selected.

Regardless, were you able to reset it?

Ummm...  you can change the time to 00:00 or any time you want in the costume arenas...  You can change a lot of stuff.  It's really quite neat, especially if you have someone who's done setup pop in and show you a few things.
