stupid wish been discussed to death.   after a few hours of base holding the lions would return to what they start now.   country that tries to defend instead of take as many undefended bases as possible would be screwed.

you dont want me to ho, dont point your plane at me.

Short term battle royale stuff is fun.......maybe not score friendly......but fun.

We took a CV to enemy strats and had a ball driving LVTs all over the enemy city and brought radar down to 6%.

I shot all the incoming trains for the radar for about 20 minutes and somehow the radar sprang back up to 50% in 15 minutes.

There is way more wrong concerning the strats than is currently known.

Either way, it was fun for both us and the enemy.

Working on a new concept for a Custom Arena.  This will use TwinRvr, the only map that has bridges that you can destroy.

The objective will be to link your bases supply line from 3 bases away and across the river before someone has either set up ambush camps or destroyed your only route across.  Once across the river you will have surrounded your enemy and by completing your supply line to the last base in the chain you will then have an operational vehicle base just on the outreaches of your enemies only access to his surrounded infantry bases.

There will be no field captures and no C47 aircraft.  The barracks will all be destroyed except for your starting point.  The downtime will equal the time that the arena will run on the server.  Ressuply will be boosted to provide a reasonable amount of trips, that will make it challenging.  No ordinance will be available for aircraft and hangar hardness should prevent any interruption in reinforcements other than direct confrontation from enemy ground units and of course strafing of the all important river crossings.

Could be fun.........

Pity we can't throw a bunch of neutrals into the centre of the map a la AW.

Mauve Colored Rook Bases will be neutral.  The order of resupply is shown with arrows beginning with the first base with barracks.  All of the 2 sided owned (bishop and knight) bases have vehicles available with the exception of the 2 river bases at the end of the supply line.  Bring barracks up in each of its preceeding bases to eventually be able to bring up the hangars up.  (One possible problem, I am not certain that hangar downtime can be shorten by supplies).  In any case, there will be a just reward for completing the supply lines instead of capturing the bases.

Good one bortas!  Now I know what to call it, "Desert Risk".  All we need are the fuzzy dice for all the GVs.
