TrackerIR profiles any one?
« on: September 29, 2011, 01:55:18 AM »
Having a tough time with my trackerIR
It was ok, then not seems to change
Feel sick ATM using it everything moves too fast and. Can't see behind.
Can't get the hang of it, I think that's what made me rake a break from the game a few months back.
Don't want that to happen again so if any one has any pointers on how to sort it
Or have a good profile I can have, I would really appreciate it
Cheers

You just have to give it some time.  If you simply can't get used to it and keep getting motion sickness from it then you'll just have to go back to using HAT Switches.  Some people take to it very quickly and others never can get used to it.  It came perfectly natural to me after about an hour's use (and I have a VERY aggressive profile) but my G/F has tried it a few times and after about five minutes she's ready to hurl.

You could maybe try taking some Dramamine.. that might help you with things until you get used to it.

Which reminds me of something else.  Earlier this summer we took a quick fun cruise to the Bahamas.  I've been tossed around in planes, roller coasters, cars you name it and I've always been rock steady.  After my G/F's performance with my Track IR I made sure she had a supply of Dramamine handy just in case.  I ended up being the one who had to take some!  She was perfectly fine but that first hour was pure torture to me.  Once it kicked in though it was incredible!  I've never seen a drug be so effective at anything in my life!

I don't know.. maybe going on just a few hours of sleep and being half drunk at 7:30 AM had something to do with it too!

Instead of drugs I'd recommend ginger pills. They don't make you dizzy like drugs do. Keeping your mind clear can improve your k/d ratio.
