So we Axis GL's dont get confused
« on: October 03, 2011, 01:20:51 PM »
If you plan on being a GL for Axis, please post whihc squad you want here so that our squaddies dont sign up or we fill one squad while leaving one open. This problem occurred in Phillipine Phandango. Let's try to avoid it this time.

I plan on taking JG 54

Yep, good idea.

Also, please make sure to put in the "preferences" text box that you want to fly with your squad mates and give the squad name.  This is useful information for the CO in case there are ways to facilitate that.

I'll give folks a heads up in advance of registration opening.  That way, squaddies can get ready prior to registration, know which group they want to go after, and once registration opens, get in there right away in the same group.

Registration will give you the opportunity to select the individual group and thus the aircraft, too.

I'll announce on the boards in advance of registration opening when it will open.

You've seemed very pessimistic lately... I've been thinking it had something to do with the glasses in your avatar ;)

If I'm able to register for this, then I'll put in for GL of the Ju-88's.

Glad to hear it.  I'll be in a Spit Vb with the target on the fuselage and wings :)

Interested LW GL's and FL's  feel free to PM to get this ball rolling.

Even though this party doesnt start for over a month, times short.

Party is started :)  The most fun I have ever had in a scenario is all the build up. Putting the team together, training, drilling, planning, that "is" the scenario. Game day is to see what works and what to plan for next  :D

Don't forget to emphasize the Practice Frame, that is a vital part of the scenario.  It is not to be taken lightly, as it is the only time the full teams have an opportunity to fly together to test your communications and team work.  I maintained a solid rule as a coach, you play what you practice, and it never fails to prove true.

Nothing clever here.  Please, move along.
