I agree! Killuminati is small but we have a great group and we only recruit the ones we enjoy flyin with.

I think the biggest mistake folks make is throwing open the door to anyone that wants in.  It tends to backfire or implode.  My impression from the squads that stick around is that folks get to know each other a bit, then find the right fit.  Smaller is better and you grow from there.  Getting too big, too fast leads to problems.

I think if you look around at many squads that have lasted a while, they don't actively recruit but always seem to have a halfway decent group of folks representing them

True, it's just a game but history has shown that the phrase "just a game" is often thrown out by guys who went to extraordinary measures to game the game or cheat.
