Cactus, very nice, my only question is the blue tip on the rudder, I dont have any reference to that on any of the 75 sqdn ships. Other than that  :aok

Lyric turned me on to this Flickr page. It has many really fantastic RAAF P-40 photos, mostly from 75 Squadron.

Here's a few of the Hep Cat photos. Make sure to right click on the image and view them at their original massive resolution.

Yeah but I'm not sure what color it is.  It's different than the blue on the back of the spinner.

Right now I have it skinned as seen in these photos. In these the nose paint is the same color as the back of the spinner, but doesn't taper to a point on the underside and has no white trim.

Unless you think you know what color changes were. :)

I see your dilemma.

Since some of these photos were taken post war by a few weeks. I would say go with what your got.

As you can see with the two photos they clearly did some repainting as can be seen on the nose art & what looks like other colours on the cowling.

 :O  :x

If it were up to me, I'd lock Cactus away for a long time and make him churn out skin and skin for ourgame.  Just terrific work.
