I'm not a big point counter in this game, although I do think kill to death ratio is a pretty good gauge of a pilots ability. However I noticed my overall rank really sucks even though my K/D ratio is ok. Damage per sortie and damage per time is good. The only thing that is bad is my gunnery. The last time I checked no was counting ammo when pilots got back from flying a mission. I use ammo when other pilots may not. I will shoot from 1k to try to get a pilot to maneuver so I can close. It works too. But I shouldn't be penalized for this. I shoot at ground targets also which I'm sure doesn't help. Buff hunting hurts percentage also because of all of the manevering you have to do not to get killed. Anyway I don't think hit percentage should be counted for as much as it is. So all I have to say is free bullets for everybody. Fire when ready, fire at will.
