The real problem is anyone should feel like they can come to this forum and make a wish without being treated in a derogatory manner.  The only discussion should be centered around whether it would work, or how it would work and so on always in a respectful manner.

AH is not as much fun as it was.  Not because of the game but because after many years, it's all routine now.  Still beats watching tv.
"Then out spake brave Horatius, the Captain of the gate:
To every man upon this earth, death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better, than facing fearful odds.
For the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods."

I don't know really. I guess it's because I love WW2 era aircraft and dogfighting. I've found no other place where I could hop in my chair and pretend I'm Dick Bong or Robin Olds and go blow stuff up while flying along side people from all over the world. The first time I ever logged into the main arena I heard two German guys talking to each other on range, I was hooked from that moment on.

The level of competition and game detail are great but I do wish there was more of a strategic aspect or historical goals to achieve in the game. The game does have some things I don't care for, but that's a whole different thread.

Wish I had time to devote to AH again. I love the living history it represents & the comradery it promotes. I've learned more about WW2 aviation because this game inspired me to read more about different aspects of it- particularly heavy bombers.
