I'm not a GVer, but any new content is great. I'm thrilled about the P-40 line being buttoned up, and anxiously await P-38H screenshots on the home page.

Well, the M18 would be kind of a little bit of a b*tch to kill, since it's fast. It's going to be like the M3 with the mgs on it, only a lot more deadly in it's AP ability, I think it will be quite a misunderestimated tank.

I don't know which I'm more excited for:

2 new P40 models, especially the N model...I dont think I've ever seen or gotten the chance to fly a late model P40, not in AH (Duh) AW, or Warbirds

or the M18, I cant wait to tear around playing whack'a'mole with all the other Gver's :neener:

Or the Stubby Panzer...Which absoutley cant wait to start killing perked tanks and then get the "cheating, hacking, or its impossible posts" afterwards :devil  (those that understand, know exactly what I'm talking about)

WTG HTC!  I may have peed just a little :bolt:

Anyone else notice that these new models are superior to what we used to call AH2 standards?   I never thought AH was capable of graphics and modeling like this.  Super impressed...maybe midway will tweet about it :bhead

If the M8 can be destroyed with near misses of HE folly, then what makes anyone think they need AP to destroy the M18???  Just load up an HE round, fire at the fast moving tin box and just land an HE shell nearby and BANG! there goes the turret, or a track, or the engine, or perhaps even a total brew up???

The M18 must be used as a fast mover to the flank and the user has better have a major dose of patience close at hand, they are going to need it.

Anyone else want to bet that it accelerates like grandma climbing a ladder?  A 3 speed transmission with a top end of near 50mph??? That transmission is strung waaaay out. People complain about the T34's not being able to climb hills... just wait for the M18.

Oh, and I'm anxious to play with the new P40's and the new Panzer IV's.  The M18??  meh.  How soon until the update???   :D

OK.. I'll bite... why the P47D-22?  My brief reading shows to me to be no different than the D-25 variant, save for less fuel capacity.

Now the StuG III G, I agree with you on having it added since it was such a popular player for the Germans, but me thinks you would be discouraged by the lack of true pivot capability.

the D-22 jug is more manuverable than the D25, not to mention faster than the D11.

also...only real men like jugs.... :D
