they disabled it temporarily for all countries till everyone gets new patch for the new patch.

Yeah, it's the same on the Rooks.  I was about to post a thread about it, but then spotted this one.  I hope they enable it soon.  I want to die in my new short barreled toy trying to kill a KT. :x

I see it is not available at all in late war. It is available in early & mid war just not at any airfields.
