That reminds me of the gentleman i met in 2005 at RAF Lakenheath, named Keith who had an owl named Twink that they used to keep rabbits, birds and other small animals off the runways so the F-15 Cs and Es would not suck them up. He also had falcons and hawks for the same puropse.
