How do i install a custom made map?(answered)

I had just made a map and i wanted to know how do i install it to fly on it and stuff?

EDIT: Looked at mrmidis' tutorial and it showed me so i dont need the anwser anymore :P

If your gonna fail, do it in such a way that people will be wondering how you managed to do that.

If it cant be fixed with duct tape, it cant be fixed at all.
