Resurrect the Dikam Death for the P-40

Originally done by Cobra412 it held a special place with the 412th as Robert N. Gale, the great uncle of Chris Gale (In game Wail) flew this aircraft in the CBI. 80th FG, 88th FS. Some years ago, Mr Gale joined us for a sortie in the P-40E in the Main Arena. It was truly amazing. Would nice to see the Dikam Death back in the game for Mr Gale.
