Hmmm, I get to replace 110Gs/N1K1s in my missions with 110Gs/410s. Yum. 

Definately going to be a game changer. And I have no doubt the 410 is going to win as the most voted plane, or at least tie with the Ki43.

You are aware that in all likelyhood the Me410 is even less capable of fighting air-to-air than the Bf110.  By removing the N1K2-Js you have removed the air-to-air capable fighter from your mission, right?

Depends on the mission. If it's NOE, by the time the defenders realize we're there, the VH and field is already deacked.

If it is not NOE, then I simply replace it with something else. Usually level bombers and F4Us/P47s.
Not saying ALL my missions will be 110s/410s, and my missions aren't just 110s/N1K2s either.

410 would most likely be MORE capable than the 110G, especially in attack mode. Since it's faster as well (not counting NOE) escorting 410s with 110s makes no sense. Good news is you can escort with more 410s! Much like mossies escorting mossies, or p51s escorting p51s.

410 carries less ammo and less total ordnance than the 110G. But hey, part of a good mission is fun factor and a sense of "Here comes the Calvary". A group of 110s seems pretty bland to me, I like to mix my mission up a bit.

I'll definately try Mossies escorting Mossies (bombers) next, put perk price as well as the bombers out running the fighters would pose a problem.

Not sure about the P-51s escorting P-51s thing, but the Mossies escorting Mossies actually did happen in WWII.  That said, I think that the Mossie is likely to be substantially superior as a fighter in AH.  The Me410 will have a lot more destruction capability for ground targets though.
