Do the COs and XOs hold seats as registered players in this event?

Allied and Axis COs and XOs, yes. There are a couple people who don't fly but operate the whole scenario. Thank goodness for them and their commitment but I don't think they fly. So Waystin and 4440 are going to duke it out.

Actually we dont have to unless we plan on upping a plane. We are going to manage the show from the tower so we are leaving additional slots open for those you actually know how to fly.
