Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.

If you click your refresh button on forum within fifteen minutes of previous click then all that time counts towards online.  If you spend 16 minutes or higher between clicks then you are essentially not logging any online time, or something like that from my observation.

That's simply because "time online" started to be tracked only 3 years ago. The top 10 guys by post count made the majority of their postings many years before that.
