I "think" i seen a hungarian 210 with double 40s in the wingroots in a book years ago, so not sure about the fuselage vs wingroot dilemma. Gonna find that book again and get the scaner working.

I am certain it was a single gun, not double. There is no  setup for anything in the wing roots. The diagram (merely plans, not an actual pic) that I found on google just now also shows this for a 210Ca prototype. How reliable this is, who knows, but it shows a single barrel center of the bomb bay just like a BK5 setup.

i believe fuselage mounts, right under the nose.

I do see an Ju-88 with double Bk 3,7 (37 mm)  But nothing on the Me-410

That's a BK5 muzzle in the pic.  The Hungarian 210s used the smaller flak guns.

It wasn't German. It was a 40mm ground mounted AA gun I think, adapted to fit.

Thought I read somewhere that a certain varient 410 had a 50mm with 21 rounds.

Zg-26, Me-410A-1/U4 (i think) equip with the Bk5 (Bordkanone 5).  They shot down quit a bit of B-17s and B-24s.

Could be wrong on this but was that FlaK 41 gun?

I dont think so. M36 codenamed hungarian cannon, a license production but idk if that was the flak41.

IIRC it's a bofors type gun that's similar to the 40 mm on the Hurrie IID.   I could look it up but I dont think it matters enough.

The nomenclature for precise 410 loadouts is funked too.

True... For AH purposes I don't think it matter too much, though. The hangar normally describes the loadout rather than names it. I.e. "4x20mm...." instead of "/R1" or "U4" or fill in the blank.
