Top rank in type of craft

Where can I check to see who is top ranked or rankings for example in a certain craft "109k4,51D, Typhoon  etc."

You can get kill stats per plane, but not ranking.  If you're looking for the tops sticks you're probably better off just asking around, rank is just another statistic and needs to be taken in context to have any meaning.

I have the most kills in a 5 incher when half a sector from a base and traveling northeast.

Yeah and also probably closing in on 10,000 sorties a month.

and if he even averaged ONE kill per sortie, would have lots MORE kills....

Reads almost as if  one kill per (fighter) sortie is being considered as "average" or nothing special. Actually K/S of 1 or higher is way above the average pilot. Even when you remove the two weekers from the equation.

And on topic, I will probably present the top scoring pilots for each plane for 2011 in my stats thread in early 2012.

Go to the AH Stats pages, select "statistics", select "plane" and chose the tour you want to display. Click then on any plane name on that list to see a list of all players that either killed or had been killed in a particular plane. You can sort the lists by clicking on the title of each row.
