How i Learned to Mind my Own Business

I was walking past the Mental Hospital the other day and i heard all the Patients shouting " 13....13....13.." The fence was way to high to peak over and see what was going on but i did see a little gap between the panels. so i decided to have a quick look and see what the fuss was about.
Some Idiot poked me with a Stick then they all started shouting " 14...14...14..."   :bolt:

Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.
