Good luck Jolly, remember what you've been taught and you should be fine. I'm highly jealous right now.

You will be fine.  Just pray you have someone in the tower with some patience.  I had Gunnery Sergeant Hartman in "Full Metal Jacket" (played by R. Lee Ermey) in the tower and that SOB knew I was solo'ing for the first time decided to play with me a bit.  Either way I got through it and you will too.  Just keep your wits about you and remember the ground wins, always.   :aok

Just relax, and fly the darn airplane.  Follow your checklists.  You'll be fine.

I remember my first, I was a nervous wreck beforehand.  But once in the plane and doing the job, I forgot to be nervous and it was actually fun.

Good Luck & Have Fun.

It should climb a lot better without the instructor...
