There's a few threads on the topic that lately came to light about it, honestly some abused this for "gain" - I doubt bone's uncle would be an issue where as certain "squads" were swapping "login info" to use as an advantage (it happened in Midwar Arena).
Here's what the rule states:
"Use of your Account is expressly limited to you. Your Account may not be transferred to any other party, temporarily or permanently."
I would think letting your uncle fly for an hour wouldn't be an issue, however "flying fury" were using this to give vital intel away in the midwar arena

yes and how many here lets their kids fly on their account. It's being used at the same address, same computer, same joystick thats why it's not a problem. If several were using one account but in several different locations then it's a problem.
