Geekbench Benchmarks
« on: November 08, 2011, 11:58:34 AM »
I just found this at http://www.primatelabs.ca/geekbench/ it is a fairly realtime benchmarking software. I was just wondering what we can set as a high mark to beat I am at 11150.

Results found here http://browse.geekbench.ca/geekbench2

You can d/l teh free 32bit version but the benchmarks will be 1/2 of what it really is.

I am wondering one thing.   Drdeathx posted a " benchmark program" about two years ago and I was one of the few to NOT download it.   Turns out it changed some .dll files.

I am just wondering if this is anything like that.

the program benchmarks the cpu and ram only according to some reviews.  anyway it's just a meaningless number as if you computer does what you want it to do and you're happy with the speed then you are golden.
