I have yet to read why Joe is even involved.  Just because he had the alleged chester the molester under him as a coach he gets the pink slip too? 

I had a lot of respect for Joe.  Still do.

Whether he knew about it or not it happened on his watch.  If he hadnt known about it then he was still in the wrong by not paying attention to his staff.
