Well... years of hootin' & hollerin' for the B29, for one thing.

A number of planes as well as vehicles have been wished for and received, but if the game lasts long enough all of those should be answered anyway.

We have gotten a few maps removed, and then returned,  but that is more of the players as they are the one rebuilding the maps.

Some game play mechanics have been changed. Dar due to NOEs, base capture order to direct combat, HQ/depots made into a mega complex, a number of changes having to do with the split arenas with Lusche's being the biggest and best of them. Tweaks in the hangers and setup stuff, the ability to split game sounds and vox to different speakers.

There have been lots of thing either directly added from the wish list, or tweaked by HTC first then added as something else.

I was curious about the type of wishes that are predominately granted to get an idea or understanding of the company's focus or priority's in regard to development..

Basically, if you present a well thought-out idea that would potentially benefit gameplay without imposing severe restrictions to what people can do, chances are HTC will give it serious consideration.

Dozens of ideas that were NOT plane requests have been added. HTC is very receptive when it's a good idea.

Half the features in this game at some point were a wishlist request. Things like F3 mode in the MA when you're on the ground to taxi better and/or admire the skin you're wearing.

Things like, let's say, field layout and placements, number of barracks per field, etc.

The game isn't only plane requests. That's just the most visible "gimme!" factor. A lot of the other stuff gets added along the way.

Ya know, on the smart@@s side of things this is another one of those situations Hitech speaks about. A person asking for one thing and really wanting another. The question should have been "what types of wishes are the one to be granted most often?" 

I would say if you have a suggestion to improve the interface of the game, or change how you interact with some element of the game, the display design, the "feature" requests -- these are more likely to be taken to heart by HTC than the random "power-up" wishes. These wishes ultimately involve changing how the gameplay itself works.

To be fair, gameplay-changing wishes were implemented in the past (some with bad results -- ordered field capture, anyone?) but IMO overall are less likely than "feature" requests.

I posted on the Me-410 long ago, and a few times over the years, same with the Panther (really to combat the Tiger)
