Should I call out someone on BBS

This is no longer a issue for the BBS, it seems the buyer and seller have re-established communication and the problem is no more.  This is no longer the business of anyone on the BBS except the two parties involved.  The seller was hesitant to name names, but unfortunately it was too obvious who the buyer was, neither party seems to be at any fault.

I expect this thread to be closed tomorrow and I hope this doesn't effect the classified forum at all.

Anyway that's perfect. Now I can post the truth w/o having a voice of dissension in the background.

It's simple. This guy did his best to send u what he had on time. If he wanted to really screw u he would have sent it 14 day. Instead, he sent it next day  (doing the best he could).  That means u got it maybe at the most 36 hours later. Now u want to screw him out of a hundred plus dollars bc u didn't get your toy on time?

Honestly I feel your pain that he lied about the time of delivery but u have his goods.

Right now my car is in the shop and was supposed to be out Thursday but complications arose. Do u think I'm going to pay with a credit card, get my car then call and stop payment on Monday when I get it?  By your standards I would.

If you've paid the full agreed price, fair enough.
If you've paid the full agreed price and deducted the difference between overnight and standard shipping (for that item alone(if that was included in the agreed upon price)) fair enough.
If you haven't paid the agreed upon price, think about coming good.

It seems odd to me that you come into a thread where the OP is concerned about having not received a payment from you and you don't even address that concern with a definitive 'yes' or 'no  I have/n't paid him' until your 10th or 11th post. If someone was suggesting I hadn't paid them in that way and I had, you can be sure as hell the first thing I posted would have been that exact clarification.

The buddy buddy cop was tongue in cheek, just like his assertion that he would call them. I don't even drink coffee.
 I  didn't "clarify" in this thread right away because this thread pisses me off. Remember, I gave the guy my number... he never called. He said he sent me numerous PM's... I didn't get them. My inbox was full for a while(maybe?)... I think you get a message when the person you are trying to contact has a full box. Anyway I didnt get any PM's

I also didn't jump into clarifying because I don't owe anyone a clarification, or any kind of explanation. I posted in here because I was pissed off, not that I felt I needed to clarify anything.  

I'm just glad I sent the check before I saw this thread. I'm not sure what I would have done.
