AIC album question

Ok, to start this off, i just want to say that if your posting here you better have some darn good education on alice in chains, i dont need random people coming in here and screwing the thread with their music thats "better", ESPECIALLY R.A.P.


So, as the title says, i have a question about Alice in Chains and their albums, i have 4 of them Dirt, Jar of flies, Black Gives Way to Blue and Facelift, almost all of them. im missing the MTV unplugged version with all of their greatest hits, and i want to know if they are coming out with another album sometime soon, their last one was in 2009 so im thinking that they might release a new one sometime next year or maybe very late this year in December. (holy crap 89 letter sentence that isnt a run-on!  i win)

Does anyone know if they will or if im still in the grey area of this?

Word on teh interwebz is that they should be wrapping production on their new album soon.

Perhaps Christmas time or early next year.

Their new album is pretty good, sure they took a pretty massive hit when Layne accidentally offed himself, but they got William now, and hes really putting out some rectum-hole kicking vocals with Jerry. Sure William cant replace Layne, nobody can...and i don't care. They got back and they took a stand and now they are back in business.

I never said anything about opinions on AIC...i just said i dont want people who think their music is sooo much better ruining this. anything AIC related is fine here.
