Put on a 105mm or a 75mm that isnt on the pz4, and give me a lower silhouette than the panzer 4.

wish still not granted. you need to do your research.

I doubt it.  The M18, regardless if Bar's spamming had anything to so with it, offers something to Ah we didnt have previously: a fast moving, hard hitting, lightly armored gv.  The StuG III offers nothing... well... nope nothing we currently do not have except a turret-less tank.

I suggested the Su-100 because at least it would have chance to stand up to the bulk of the gv's currently in AH in a 1v1 duel.  The StuG III would be very good for scenarios, but otherwise it would be like having a Panzer IV F/2 w/o the turret.

do you know how much of a gap we have in the GV lineup? any GV we can get is whats needed in game. im not against any GV that served in the war and meets criteria being added in here. the SU-100 was late war though, and the midwar lineup is kind of short.

I've always wanted to see the STuG in AH, and currently I think it would also plug the widest gap in the German WWII GV set in-game. (+1)

Everyone goes to the Late War Arena. The Stug is an awesome looking tank but it won't get used.
I see the new M-18 in action every night driven by lots of tankers. It is fast and takes ya to the gv action fairly quickly.

my 2 cents,

I see a lot of "won't be used" or "can't beat most tanks in a fight" posts. I think people are VASTLY underestimating the benefit of not only a smaller sillouette, but of a smaller target profile.

1) You can hide in the bushes completly, greatly adding to 'camoflauge'

2) you have the firepower to knock out all but 1 tank (Tiger II) in the game from the front at ranges in excess of 1200yds.

And if time before addition is a big constraint in people's minds (I don't see why it would be, since people are asking for planes that would take longer to model graphicly than most tanks), we could always get a StuG IV. Basicly a StuG III superstructure mounted on a Panzer IV chassis, with improved ammunition capacity.
You started this thread and it was obviously about your want and desire in spite of your use of 'we' and Google.

This might also have the added benefit of getting rid of everyone badgering me to shut off my engine if I'm not moving.  Kinda frustrating to hear when you're in a panther or tiger...or maybe want to use your tanks mobility to face the enemy. :D
