As I understand your wish, for mouse scroll of the plane list in the hanger;

Wish granted. It's been there for a year or two.

As for your second wish, for zoom control of the CBM, yes, +1.

I think the wheel mouse could allow for acurate zoom control (near end limits). However, please keep the old zoom control options ("[" "]").
