The memory speeds of that motherboard are holding you back now. ASRock motherboards are not the fastest boards around. They are the low end line for ASUS.
Ya know what's funny? The other machine has an older board as well. In fact, it's FSB is 1333 and 800 mhz on the ram. The Asrock board is 1600 fsb and 800 ram.
I think the real difference is that the other machine does have a pci-e 2.0, while the asrock board is a 1.0. After wiping everything out, installing just the video driver (11.10) and leaving CCC off, he's getting 50-59 fps with most of the eye candy on (left shadows off). He drops into the 40-45 range sometimes, but that's to be expected. Overall, we're satisfied with the performance now. Asrock can still suck it though.
